I'm back!
Hi everyone!! Some of you may remember me...my name is Ro and I was on here quite a bit in the summer of 2005 when I lost almost 30 pounds, going from about 155 to 127. Unfortunately I've pretty much gained much of it back. I re-started on Saturday when I was at 148.8...today down to 146.4 so it's a good beginning. My goal this time is to hit 130 and stay there!! I'm sticking to a 1,200 calorie diet again this time, building in walking when I can...I have the treadmill set up and have actually used it. I've re-started this diet a hundred times in the last year or two, always to give up after a few days, so I will need a lot of strength particularly in this next week when I am tempted. Anyway, it's good to be back, and now I need to go find a group of ladies who are also looking to lose 15-20 pounds together...is anyone interested?
More about me- I'm happily married for 13 years with 2 boys, aged 12 and 6. I teach middle school where I am tempted daily by goodies in the staff room. I live in very cold and snowy New England.
