We've all made small changes (many, many small changes) that have added up to an entire lifestyle change. We all weigh (and weighed) too much. We all decided that in order to get down to our goal weight, and STAY at our goal weight we need to do more than diet. We need to change the way we eat & move for the rest of our lives.
You can do this. You can make small changes, too. And they will add up, and you will lose weight.
