Just stopping in to introduce myself and say hi...
here's a little about me:
-I'm 22
-From Ontario Canada, and work in customer services for a car company
-Was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and want to make changes in my life to take control of my health. No better time to start like the present!
-Currently weigh about 285 and hoping to make it down to 195 as an initial goal
I look forward to getting to know everyone better and becoming a member of the boards.
