Hello all! I'm very new here, so I just wanna say hi!! I'm 21 years old and I'm 210 pounds at the moment and my goal weight is 140 and I'm hoping to lose that much by September.
I'm very new to all of this stuff, and I don't know about all the diets ans stuff out there, so if anyone knows the right diet and exercise program that will help me lose about 70 pounds by September , it would be hugely appreciated!!!
Depending on your body, and your life, the right diet program is out there, but it's going to be different than everyone else. I suggest you take a look at Diet Central. There are many groups that you can check out to see if there's a program that fits what you know you can follow for a very long time.
Take a look around. There are also many support areas such as the 20-somethings. But post wherever you're comfortable!
