Default Reintroducing myself
Yep I just thought I would say hi I have been a major slacker.I bought a Wii fit and it told me I was OVERWEIGHT My BMI is 27 and my weight is 139.I want to get down to 100lbs as it is a healthy weight at only 5'0.My closet is full of size 1-3 jeans and I am wearing size large sweatpants....I am going to do Turbo Jam and Berry's Bootcamp
