Hey Utterly Absurd -

A couple spots you may want to check out. First, our Calorie Counters forum would be a great start. We have lots of people who "Zig Zag" calories there. Head on over.

You may also want to look at the 20-somethings forum.

One tiny piece of advice - I really try not to set time-based weight loss goals. The reason? Lets say you get -close- to your goal by the date you've set. Thats a TON of progress. But some...a LOT...of women feel like they "failed" because they didn't meet the time based goal.

I like goals based on things like exercise minutes (which is my monthly goal, even now in maintenance), healthy choices, on plan days, etc. The fact is, we can do everything right and sometimes the scale won't cooperate. So setting goals outside of the scale can really help.

Can't wait to see you around.

Amanda

You can do it! Don't worry too much about what goal weight you pick. You'll revise it when you get closer anyway.

Thanks for the welcomes. And I understand what you mean Mandalinn. I just set that goal because it's a couple weeks before my 1 year wedding anniversary and my hubby and I are planning a cruse that week...haha. Want to look good in a bathing suit! If I don't get to that exact weight at that exact time I will try not to beat myself up...
