Default New and ready to lose!

Hi all!

I'm Samantha, 32 years old, SAHM to two wonderful boys (2.5 years and 7 months). I currently weigh 164 lbs and would like to get down to 145...and go from there. I lost a lot of weight for my wedding using weight watchers, so I plan to go back to that...although, I'll just be doing it on my own without the meetings. I am still nursing so I can't lose weight drastically. I have always had a hard time drinking my water and with nursing, that a big deal. Any tips to get that water in all day?

Anyway, look forward to 'meeting' you all!

Hey Samantha!

We have several GREAT forums here for you. You first might want to check out our Weight Watchers forum...a wonderful spot for those following the WW plan. We also have the 30-somethings, a group of folks in their 30's.

You also might consider the "Featherweights" group, for those with less to lose than others - it has challenges of its own!

You're nursing... how nice. I loved nursing my babies.
Water... do you have any water bottles you can take with you around the house? Keep a few in the fridge and grab one before you pick up your baby.
