Hi all!
I'm Samantha, 32 years old, SAHM to two wonderful boys (2.5 years and 7 months). I currently weigh 164 lbs and would like to get down to 145...and go from there. I lost a lot of weight for my wedding using weight watchers, so I plan to go back to that...although, I'll just be doing it on my own without the meetings. I am still nursing so I can't lose weight drastically. I have always had a hard time drinking my water and with nursing, that a big deal. Any tips to get that water in all day?
