Hi there! My name is Tiffany and I'm new to the site, I was recommended by a friend and thought I'd check it out.
I have a goal of at least 21 lbs to lose, I'd take more...maybe....I used to be a pretty tiny thing, but I've always had a body image problem and until I wasn't a "tiny thing" I always thought I was "pudgy". Of course...now I am.
I am the worst self-motivator...I have been on this road again and again w/ little success that sticks. If I don't have someone cheering me on or pushing me a bit, it's been a pattern of mine to slack, big time.
My husband was deployed this past year and just returned...so I've dealt with the severe ups and downs of that, you would think that would've helped me but it seemed to only make it harder! [Thank goodness he has returned, yay!]
Anyway, I'm hoping to find some support and actually stick to this for good!! Something has to give, before more and more clothes continue to just sit in my closet b/c they don't look right anymore.
I always thought I was a "pudgy little thing" too, until I stepped on the scale and realized that I was over 200 pounds- and I used to be so naturally thin that I (rather my mother) had trouble buying clothes.
