I'm so glad that I found this website. I've been struggling with my weight for what seems like forever. I know what it takes to lose the weight, I just tend to think I can eat whatever I want after I lose the weight...I just gain it all back and then more. This website is going to not only keep me accountable, but will also help me stay focused and motivated.

Have you seen the 100 lb club yet? It's a wonderful spot for those who are losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more, and it's so supportive! Head on over!
We also have groups by eating plan or age range. Find a spot, or several, and get going. Can't wait to get to know you better, and congratulations on your losses so far!
