Gosh - 10 lbs in a month is a little higher than a healthy weight loss rate, especially considering you're only 45 or so from your goal. .5 - 2 lbs a week is a good estimate, but our bodies aren't machines, so give yourself a break!
What sort of plan are you on? We have forums for just about everything, and by age range, so look around, find a spot or several, and settle in. Can't wait to get to know you better!
