Ok guys... i had fallen off the wagon for a few months.. i'm back up to 185. I am back for your guys support.... it helped before and i need to get back on track.
So... i'm back and will be updating daily as to if i stayed on track, etc.
i did hurt my knee awhile back and haven't been able to run/walk much since... but i go in for surgery next week on it and the doc said i can run after i'm healed. I'm super excited about this because i've missed my mental clarity i get while i run.
thanks guys! ya i was off the wagon for like 2.5 months or so... i created a new spreadsheet to track my food though, and i hope it makes me want to stay on track more

I'm really impressed that you came back so soon and that you'd re-gained so little - compared to me anyway. I didn't get my act together until I'd been off programme for 3.5 years and re-gained 81lbs!
