Hello, my name is Ashley, and I am a 20 year old college student. I have gained a lot of weight recently, and I really want to lose it. I weighed 250 a few weeks ago, but I am currently 225.
I have never been on a diet before so I consulted my doctor. The doctor just told me eat low carb and low calorie for a few weeks and then switch to eating lean cuisine's. However, I am afraid the lean cuisines will cause me to gain the weight I already lost.
I really want to try Atkins or another very strict ketosis diet that I found. But, I am afraid that Atkins might be too costly. I am a college student with a tight budget. So I was wondering if the vitamins and food are expensive? I really want to lose the weight.
Anyway, I have the same goal as everyone else to get healthy.

I hope to make a lot of friends and continue my weight loss.
