Hey! I'm new here. Ready to make some big changes!! Doing WW flex at home and also counting calories just to be sure. And thinking of trying The Wendie Plan at some point. My first major goal is 20 lbs (10% loss)...I will try to think of this in 5 lb intervals. Can't wait to meet some chics with similar goals!

Right now I am counting WW points and following the south beach concepts. Pretty much just cutting back. I am trying to reach 90 minutes of working out a week. I have been inactive for so long that 90 minutes is a good starting point for me. I don't want to burn myself out. All of my goals are centered around Christmas. I am also an excel geek and have made a chart to keep myself on plan with eating and exercise. It seems to be working, slowely but surely. This is a great forum to keep you motivated!
