Smile New here and looking for support and to support others!
Hi, I'm Stacy. This is my first time here. I'm 5'10, 260 lbs, and ready to lose it! I too, like so many, am a binge eater. I get depressed, then I eat, then I get depressed for eating and getting heavier. It's a vicious circle that goes back farther than I can actually remember. I'll be 27 in just a few weeks, and don't want to start a new birth year in the same rut. I'm a single mom who's going back to school. I want to play with my little girl, she just turned three, without telling her I need to sit down. I just bought Turbo Jam, which I hope will help me stay motivated as well. I also started doing yoga, my daughter loves it! So hello, and thanks for the support!
