Default I am dropping50 excess pounds and I need some help!
I am trying to blog my way to my weight loss success. I have started a blog that will hopefully help me lose the extra 50 pounds that I am carrying around. I have always been in shape, until about 5 years ago. That was when i started college and all of the sitting around studying was not good to my body. I have 50 pounds to lose and hopefully I can meet some friends here that will help me achieve my goal! In return I will try to help out wherever I can.

You can do it ... I need to lose the same amount and started today..I wish u all the luck in the world and never give up we all have bad days but keep going....And do it for yourself no one else!!!!
