Cool Hello

Hello, I am currently working to get to my ideal weight. I always thought that was impossible. But with the guidance of my doctor it has been very easy. He has put me on a Low Carb diet that he has told me to look at as a life-style change. With this thought process going on I am not craving all the sugar and yucky stuff for my body. I now have energy when I come home from work to do stuff at home. That is a miracle in itself. This week I have even started ride my bike to work. Things are looking great. I go for my weeking weight and blood pressure check on Thursday. I am hoping to lose another 5 pounds. Hope I make that goal.

to 3FC's Goofy

Congratulations on your weight loss so far and riding your bike to work... way to cool

Although you can lose weight on all the diet plans you listed, I think WW is the best sensible diet there is around because it actually teaches you how to eat, the others just feed you pre packaged meals.

Hi Goofy! Welcome. I didn't vote because i tried them all and failed on them, i didn't like the food on jenny and nutra and weight watchers i just didn't get into. I think everyone needs their own way with lots of support! Good luck.
