Hello
Hello, I am currently working to get to my ideal weight. I always thought that was impossible. But with the guidance of my doctor it has been very easy. He has put me on a Low Carb diet that he has told me to look at as a life-style change. With this thought process going on I am not craving all the sugar and yucky stuff for my body. I now have energy when I come home from work to do stuff at home. That is a miracle in itself. This week I have even started ride my bike to work. Things are looking great. I go for my weeking weight and blood pressure check on Thursday. I am hoping to lose another 5 pounds. Hope I make that goal. :?: :^:

Welcome aboard, My MD also put me on a low card diet, d/t me having type 2 diabetes, so I started the akins, and so far I'm luving it.

Congratulations on your weight loss so far and riding your bike to work... way to cool ;) Although you can lose weight on all the diet plans you listed, I think WW is the best sensible diet there is around because it actually teaches you how to eat, the others just feed you pre packaged meals. Hi Goofy! Welcome. I didn't vote because i tried them all and failed on them, i didn't like the food on jenny and nutra and weight watchers i just didn't get into. I think everyone needs their own way with lots of support! :) Good luck.
