I used to be a yo-yo dieter too, but suddenly it is as if I have
finally learned from my past mistakes and the path to health and weight loss has become so much clearer and easier to navigate today than it was even a few months ago. All of the struggles I've been through with my weight were not for nothing.
There's that, and also the fact that I recently forced myself to do something about my weight once and for all so that I don't have the excuse of it to hold me back from doing what I want to do in my life any longer. There are no more excuses.
It sounds like you have a good, simple, healthy plan--cut calories by a little bit and increase exercise. That's what I've been doing and it seems to work so far!
