im new hear, not so good in english thought, i live in norway, but i am swedish && polish, with family all over easteurope.
ive had drug addiction since i was 12, and are finaly almost trough it all. but, i dont have a healthy weight, and a REALLY unhealthy diet, så now im looking for a godd diet, and losing about 15 kg.
im
1.74 cm [5'8-5'9]
62 kg.

im want to be about 45.
i work about a little bit every day, just 50 situps and some push ups, i used to be very strong from figthing alot, but i havent done that in some time so ;p
i lovee food ;/ i love recipes that are easy to fin all ingrediens in norway'höhöhh' && that are more than one meal, we make everything big around here, so that i last longer.
i really want to be more healthy && skinny, so if anyone feels like helping, it would be lovely? [aa]


please help <3

I'm sorry to hear that you've had to deal with a drug addiction.

About losing weight. I'm not sure if you're aware, but you're right in the middle of a healthy weight for your height. (143 lbs)

In fact 45kg (about 99lbs) would make you severely underweight. The only people I see trying to lose to that amount are almost an entire foot shorter than you.

We'd all love to help you eat healthier and to keep you exercising. But I gently suggest you rethink your goal weight. For your own health.

I agree with the above 45kg is not a healthy weight for you.It is good that you want to improve your life,but please do it in a healthy way.
