HI, Im Jody from Iowa. I am jumping in with both feet because I am tired of being Fat...I am currently about 246 or so and will be watching calories and exercising.

About me? I am 41, 42 in June, married with 2 DS aged 18 & 15. I live on an apple orchard and own a candy/chocolate shop. ( I know, I know) So, when I say it is hard, it really is HARD. Oh, and I am a diabetic...wonder why!

Oh Judy... God has a twisted sense of humor! I'm so sorry you became diabetic.. but at least it would stop you from eating candy. But I've an idea that it would be very hard for you. I wish you the best luck!

It is very tempting to walk into the shop daily, and not taste test. Thankfully, I am shut down for about 5 months during the summer, and this is why I am beginning my journey now! I need to get a jump start before the season starts again.
I hope to find my groove and fit right in.
