I'm Annie and I've been reading the board for a few weeks. Finally decided to jump in and say something. I'm a die-hard fan of The Biggest Loser (watch the show, own the cookbook and exercise videos) and wish I had Jillian in my house everyday to keep me motivated...oh wait...I guess if I would just put in one of her DVDs every morning instead of watching the news that wish would be granted!
I am currently in the middle of cycle 2 of the Extreme Fat Smash Diet. My goal is to lose 15-20 pounds. I lost 5 pounds last week on cycle 1, but haven't lost anymore this week. I'm hoping it is just my body adjusting to the program and I'll see some more pounds drop at the end of cycle 3. Even if the weight doesn't come off as quickly as I had hoped, I am feeling great and the exercise is changing my shape. My hubby commented on the difference in the way my jeans are fitting, so that is motivation enough to keep going.
Looking forward to meeting some new friends here and participating in some of the challenges and discussions.
