Smile DH's is at bootcamp, and I want to suprise him!

Hello ladies!!! My name is Ashley, and my future Marine's name is Nathan, and we have a 16month old princess named Braelynn! I've got 15 more "Braelynn pounds" to lose, and I really want to suprise Nathan at his graduation!!!! I've got 2 months and 4 days to do it! You wouldn't think 15 pounds would be very hard, but He's been gone for almost a month now, and I havn't lost anything. I spin 2 days a week, take a weight lifting class 2 days a week, and do home videos the other three days. I don't eat bad, but I knwo I can clean up my diet more. Soooooooo here I am!!! I'm a message board junkie, so I'm thinking this will help me drop these few pounds!!

. . . you've come to the right place for lots of support and encouragment, Chickie -- you can do it.

Sounds like you've got the exercise part figured out . . . but don't forget the "experts" tell us it's about 80% eating less vs 20% moving more. Are you actually tracking your food consumption or just kind of 'guestimating'? sometimes we eat a lot more than we really thing. Just a suggestion, but maybe you could keep an eating diary for a few days just to really know.

Hiya &

Meowee has it right. It's excellent that you're moving around so much, but exercise alone doesn't usually take off the weight. You have part of the equation down, so it's time to work on the other part. Eating right.

Best of success!!!
