Hello everyone! I have just begun posting on this site. Looking forward to getting to know some of you on the 100+, Fifties, and Diabetic threads. Haven't quite found my way around yet, so any suggestions would be appreciated. Lost 10 pounds in February counting WW points and journaling. Like to walk at lunchtime for exercise, but could use some other simple suggestions. Have a great day everyone! Any tips would be helpful...
