New to 3 fat chicks
Hello everyone! I have just begun posting on this site. Looking forward to getting to know some of you on the 100+, Fifties, and Diabetic threads. Haven't quite found my way around yet, so any suggestions would be appreciated. Lost 10 pounds in February counting WW points and journaling. Like to walk at lunchtime for exercise, but could use some other simple suggestions. Have a great day everyone! Any tips would be helpful... :^:Bethz

Hey Bethz, welcome to 3FC! I'm so glad you've found us, and found some threads to get plugged in to. It really makes a difference if you find a few little corners to call home, and get to know some people!
