Working out is a very important part of staying healthy. I'd say that first you have to find something that you might actually enjoy. Next, we have to realize that most people who are working out are only paying attention to what they're doing, not what other people are doing. In fact, that's true with most of our day to day lives. You can do this! You may just have to force yourself in the beginning and just get going
