A quick hello to all you lovely peeps

I have joined 3fatchicks whilst on my journey to lose a further 49lbs...my name is Boo, I am 36 and I live in Yorkshire, U.K.
I have been looking through the site and WOW people have done so well, some folks look like entirely different people...what insperations!

I am looking forward to shedding the fat with you all.

Have you seen our UK chicks forum yet? We have an active group of folks in the UK, so check it out! You also might want to pay a visit to our "30-somethings" area...either one would be a great place to jump in!

Hey there, Boo! ! You will definitely find plenty of inspiration here; just look at the Goal stories and photos! I personally started my weight loss journey with 3FC and found this site incredibly motivational for staying on plan. It's impossible to fail when you have a whole network of people behind you cheering you on to succeed

BTW - your profile pic is very pretty. I actually had to do a double take when you said you were 36
