to finally shift some weight after countless half-hearted attempts. my start weight (yesterday) was 166lb and i've already lost 4lb just from cutting out the rubbish i normally binge on. (also starting on slimbomb which i've just ordered next monday, so anybody who has experience with the slimming pill would be great!!)
