There is a lot of info here, it can be overwhelming at first, but if you post a lot eventually you will find a few forums to call home. And lots of friendly people to help!
There is a ton of information, and support, to be found! We have chat groups by age group, like the "30-somethings", by plan, or by amount to lose...you may want to check out the 100 lb club, for people who are on their way to losing or have lost 100 lbs or more.
Anyway, look around, find a spot or two, and most importantly, keep posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!
