2008 is going to be my year! i say that every year but, i dont know i guess im just tired of it now, tired of being fat, unhappy and unloved. my goal weight is 65 - 70kg, at my heaviest i was 120kg. ive lost the 20 so ive still got a bit to go. but ill get there. im not on any set diet, those are too restricting for me. but i was hoping to find some new friends and support here and offer support in any way i can.

You're right... many of us same the same thing every year, but make this YOUR year!
Please check around the forum... there are lots of great sub-forums, and I'm sure you'll soon find a few where you feel comfortable posting regularly.
You'll find that many of our success stories followed their own plan. Browse around the different groups - we have age groups, weight groups, groups with different interests...find a home...or several!
