Since you've done this before, you know what you have to do. So really its a question of re-establishing the good habits. So what can you commit to right now? Being on plan tomorrow? Being on plan until Christmas Eve? Exercising tomorrow? Getting in 8 glasses of water or all your fruit/veggie servings?
Make some small commitments, add them onto one another, and you'll be back on the losing path in no time.
