Hi and welcome.

Have you thought about what you'd like to eat and how you'll work at being more active?

HI

Right now my doctor told me i need to be on a low sodium diet so im really watching that and trying to keep track of what im eating i dont really have a set diet yet. Im have been eating lots of fruits lately and drink lots of milk which i havnt done alot of in the past.
As for being active i have tons of work out tapes to use, i just need to pick the one i like, a exercise bike i need to dig out of the garage, and neices to keep me running around.

I havn't really started tracking anything yet, I'm going to start this week.
I'm going to try and make a scheduled time to workout and try and keep a list of what I eat, and how much i eat.
I really need a better plan than that but I think it will work for now since im still starting out.

It's OK for your plan to evolve over time. Very smart actually

If you like the computer, there's a few sites out there for tracking ... dailyplate, fitday, nutridiary ...

Fitday is linked here. You can have a look at any posters tracking by clicking on the link over there <<<<

I found tracking to be horrifyingly enlightening! But so worth it in the long run.
