HI!

I'm new to the forum, but unfortunately, all but new to dieting

My name is Marie, I'm 29, live in Germany and my strategic measurements are:
172 cm (5'8'')
63 kg (139 lbs)
I know, it's not bad at all, but I've put on 5 kg in just three months. Ever since I get off the pill almost a year ago, my weight has been crazy - I gain weight if I so much as look at food and have a really hard time getting rid of it again.

I've just joined a new gym, I'm back to a sensible diet and lots of exercise: gym 2 - 3 times a week and a minimum of 1 hour of walking a day (my dog makes sure I stick to that).

I just hope it works out and I´get back on track with good habits.

G,day and Marie you seem to have a good attitude and agood plan in place so I,m sure you will succeed, and there is always plenty of support and encouragement to be found in these forums .
