Just wanted to say a quick hello! I'm new to this site but not to weight loss and gain. A few years ago I put on 100 lbs, since then I have lost 47 and would like to get back on the path to my final goal weight. I will continue on the low carb lifestyle that has been so successful for me and I will weigh in once a week and post results. I'm hoping that will help motivate me. It is really a tough time of year to get back on track but it is time. Anyway I hope to make some new friends and that we can all share in the success of losing those unwanted pounds.
If you could do that all on your own, imagine what success you'll have with this whole mass of intelligent, motivating, and friendly folks backing you up every step of the way.
