I have lost abt. 17 to 23 lbs, so far. (new scales, so this is most accurate)
7 lb difference in my old and new scales. lol

Congratulations on the losses so far (they average out to 20 lbs! And who wouldn't be happy with a 20 lb loss?). Sounds like you have a plan that is working for you. So jump right into the area that makes most sense to you, or, if you're like me, a little bit of everywhere, and keep posting!

This place is great for keeping me going on days when I'd rather not be on plan...can't wait to hear more from you soon!
