Happy birthday (perhaps a little late)!
College is, in many ways, a great time to lose weight. Sure it has challenges (dining room food, lots of late night study sessions and maybe late night party sessions). But it also has some amazing benefits. I'd bet your campus has a fitness center you can go to for very little if any additional cost - free gym membership benefits cannot be ignored! Some campuses even have a medical center with free nutritionist consultations!
I also found I had more control over my food/choices in college (even if I didn't use them all the right way). I was buying my own groceries, packing snacks, etc.
So embrace some of those benefits, keep posting, and use this place for support, ideas, and sometimes just a kick in the pants.
