Hi everyone!
I've been lurking for a week or so and thought I'd finally say hi. I am down 27 pounds by doing this and that, but not sticking with anything consistently. I am ready to get serious. 4 out of the 5 women in the last generation of my family have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

I am hoping that through better diet and exercise that I will be able to avoid this dreaded disease. I have an awful lot of weight to lose, so I will be hanging around a while.
