just started today - want to shift the weight

  • hey, just joined today - am sick of how I look and how it makes me feel..want to shift the weight and feel happier!

    do yoga 2/3 times a week and walk to train but want to change my eating habits and motivate myself to drop the weight and get into my skinny jeans again!!
