Welcome to the web-site site.I'm 51 and have been on every diet you can think of.But not one time did I get into a support group.This is the best place for advice,answers and sometimes just a cyber hug.My starting weight was 270.By the time I found the site I had gotten down to 268,now with the support,curves watching what I eat,I'm down to 202! Size 14 instead of 24/26. I had a Lap- Band done several years ago and it didnt take me long to figure out how to get around that.This group has been my BEST tool.Anyway Good Luck.
