Hello to All,

My name is Dina and I live North of Houston, in Tomball Texas.

I have had weight issues starting in High School, thin, chunky, thin, chunky. When I got to my all time high this year I knew I had to do something or I wasn't going to be around to watch my children have children.

While driving my DD2 to Pre-School in April 2007 I heard on the radio about Quick Weight Loss Centers a few times and decided to check the website. No obligation, just make an appointment and see what it was all about. Well, I decided to try it and it's been 18 weeks and I'm down 50 lbs. I feel better than I have in years, I look better, my health is better and I'm eating real food that I cook and now know how I should eat for the rest of my life to stay healthy. It's all about the choices I make. I still have 35 lbs left to go to meet my goal weight, and I know I will.

I'm so happy I found this site and hope to meet many new friends.

Hi There!

Not familiar with your program, but good for you on finding something that works for you! I'm sure there are folks here following a similar plan to what you're doing (I just don't know where they'd be, since I don't know what it is) so look around, keep posting, and keep going!
