I've been trying to lose weight for quite a while. Began last January "loosly" doing WW. Not really trying at all so just maintained my weight until I had had enough in July. I knew that I had to do something completly different for a while. So, my husband and I have started South Beach. Both have lost about 10 pounds.
We have four children and that sometimes puts a "kink" in things but I need to teach them good eating habbits too. We're trying!!

I really kinda began on phase 2. We called it phase 1 but . . . not strict!
We want to loose it slowly this time to make sure that it stays off.
I will say that even though it's only been 10-15 pounds it has made a drastic difference in how my clothing fits. I should have taken my measurments (but the kids have swiped my measuring tape.
