My name is Michelle and I haven't quite decided what I am going to do to lose the weight. I think I am going to do a version of LAWL, a friend was a counsler so she set up the plan for me.
I'm married with one son and ready once and for all to get rid of all this weight. I want to be in bikini next summer.
Hi Michelle! Congratulations on Making a Goal for yourself!!! Like you, I live here in sunny Florida and I'm Tired of carrying around all of my excess weight too! I'm in the process of figuring out What my 'Plan' for losing this weight will be........I think WW'ers points. I do love living here in Florida as I can exercise outside almost any day! I love to bike and do laps in the pool ~~~ but I Need to Motivate myself to do it more often!!! Good Luck~~~~~YOU CAN DO IT!
