Hi Again...
Hey everyone! I have been on a few times before and now I am back and I need to lose weight! I know that I can do it, it's just a matter of staying on a diet. I do really well for about 2 days and then I dive right back into a cake. A little about myself...I am 26, married with two sons, they will be 1 and 3 next week. I am a full time student online as well as a stay at home mom. I think that has a big part in my weight because it is so easy to eat whenever I want. So, I am looking for a couple of buddies to email and talk to. I need to be accountable. I am planning on starting on Monday to have only 1900 calories and try to get in 30 minutes of activity a day whether it biking, walking, or swimming, or even running around in the back yard with my kids.
