Haven't been in a while...
I haven't been on in a long time, but I need to get my butt in gear. I need to lose some of my wieght. I would like to lose at least 20 by Christmas. I need to lose more than that, but that is my first goal.
I have a problem with getting time to work out, I have a VERY active 2 year old and my DH works afternoons, so I don't really get time by myself to exercise. I try to walk as often as I can and I do work out some before bed (I climb my FIRM step continuously as long as I can)
I watch what I eat (as good as I can) but with 3 kids and a DH....it gets hard.
So, I just basically need some support and someone to keep on me.
