Haven't been in a while...
I haven't been on in a long time, but I need to get my butt in gear. I need to lose some of my wieght. I would like to lose at least 20 by Christmas. I need to lose more than that, but that is my first goal.
I have a problem with getting time to work out, I have a VERY active 2 year old and my DH works afternoons, so I don't really get time by myself to exercise. I try to walk as often as I can and I do work out some before bed (I climb my FIRM step continuously as long as I can) I watch what I eat (as good as I can) but with 3 kids and a DH....it gets hard. So, I just basically need some support and someone to keep on me. |

Hey - you sound like me LOL! I have a 3 year old that never quits and my hubby works afternoons and is gone about 11hours a day for his shift.
Working out does become a bit of a challenge that's for sure. If you are ever looking to chat feel free to drop me a line! I'm always looking for support as I'm just starting out (yet again).... I CAN DO IT!!! Good luck! |
I know the feeling i have a 3 year old my husband works 2nd shift and i work 1st it is not easy to get the exercise in like you should.
