ok i'm back for about the 5th time to this site. it's not easy for me to post as my net access is weekends only.
anyway, i weighed myself this mroning and almost dropped through the floor when my scales went weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhheeeee and spun all the way back round past the zero. i am at my heighest weight for ever
so, i will diet. i'm cutting out chocolate, tracking my calories and i will do aerobics. starting today. i'm about to do some for about 30 minutes before i have to go get hubby from work. i even bought new tracksuit bottoms today.
what made me start this? nothing fits me! and i can't afford new clothes so it's easier to lose weight.
Chocolate is my devil! and bread!!!
