Hey everyone!!!

I found this website and all your stories have been such an inspiration to me! I'm currently 270 pounds . I don't have many friends

Hopefully you guys can help me get the motivation to turn my life around!!

Hi Shwarma, welcome to 3FC I hope you'll make plenty of friends here. Everyone has been so supportive. I'm sorry you happened to join when we were hit by a troublemaker. I saw your post in that other thread. We rarely have problems like that but we're not immune. Fortunately we have some great mods around to help out

You can do this! I used to weigh more than you do, and if I can do this, YOU can do this!

Small changes reap big rewards! Try eating smaller portions of all the foods that you enjoy as a start. I used to eat TWO McDonald's Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit meals and also drink the large orange juice and coffee that came with them. I cut down to just one meal and started losing weight! At first just do some small things. Gradually build on to your plan. The weight will begin to come off, and you'll get excited to try even more new things.

You can do this! We are here to help!
