Hello,
I am new to this site and I am excited to see all the support going around. I am 31 years old and I am at the point where it's now or never. I had my first child when I was almost twenty and I never lost the weight I gained. With my second child I gained very little and lost it all two days after she was born. My joke is that I still haven't lost the baby weight from my first born. What's not a joke is that she is going to be twelve in a week. Because I was so young when I put on the weight I don't know what my ideal "adult" weight should be. I have a guesstimate based on the recommendations, but I just don't know what I am supposed to be. So....my initial goal will be to lose thirty pounds and reach 140. Then I will take it from there.
For a long time I didn't reach out because I saw my 30 pounds to lose as insignificant and trivial compared to those needing to lose much more. I didn't feel worthy of asking for support. Well, it's time for me to ask. Just today I put IN PEN dates with a friend at the health club for the next month. And here I am blogging with all of you. Progress!
