Hi everyone, I'm new to this place. It seems really fun and I'm excited to get started!
I'm Canadian (in Ontario), and in my late twenties. I started losing weight over a year ago, because I was going to be in a wedding (in September 2006). I managed to lose 25 pounds, but then, due to many stressful events in my life, I found the weight creeping up again. Now that the stress is starting to go away, I'm determined to keep it off this time!
I go to the gym at least once a week, I enjoy doing yoga, and pilates, and also cardio when I can work it in. I like taking walks during my lunch hour, and I watch what I eat. Also considering the South Beach Diet.
