Sounds like you need some consistency!

I think there are lots of good meals that are healthy for everyone, you just have to be creative. Chicken is always a good starting point, as are lots of vegetables.
I think most of us here also love food!

The surprising thing is that you can still love food and lose weight--you just can't go hawg wild with it.
