Hello Everyone!
Hello everybody! I just joined today and wanted to say hello. I have been struggling with my weight for quite a few years and am totally fed up with myself. I hope, by joining this board, I will gather some strength and good advise on how to STICK with a diet. That is my problem. I know almost everything there is to know regarding calorie counts, carbs, latest diets etc. but can't apply any of this to my quest to lose 65 lbs. I will take any and all advise and will be willing to offer support to others as well. Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and say that I look forward to forming some positive relationships along our weight loss journey. Have a good day!! By the way, I'm 5'5" and 205 lbs.
